Heritage probably most reliable if you can get an invite. Betislands is also an excellent choice for a small player as is Legends!

Save up, go to vegas and gamble there.

Seriously, US market not looking good these days. If 5D can't meet your needs, your going to have a tough go of it.

Betislands, rebatewager, heritage all have free payouts. Betonline gives a discount and all are safe compared to other US options. None will beat 5D selection-vig though..if you can't pay 50-80 to withdraw, vegas is your only solid choice. Local is far riskier than offshore imho.

p2p payout throgh w///u at 5dimes is 30 flat fee up to 950 a week and a free 1 a month...wont find much cheapier than that

How do you get an invite?

If you were with Greek or Bet Jamaica or have a losing record at other books. Took over all Greek & Betjam US accounts so it probably will be hard to get an invite this year unless you know someone. IMHO Betislands is just as good anyway if you are not into the free contests. Go on the live chat or pm Jon and see if you want to give them a try. Best of luck to you in whatever you choose to do

$70? Even gold members at DSI/Bookmaker receive 1 free P2P payout per month. up to $2,500 which should be sufficient. I'm a diamond member & receive 2 free P2P per month.
