Pay fantasy

Does anybody know if any of the fantasy sites offer pay-for-prize competitions outside the US?

From what I know: CDM do (though charge a 30% US Withholding tax). Draftstreet,11Runs/Rush and FanDuel do not. Fanduel apparently are at least working on changing that.

snapdraft might be just a skin, but they have the same 30% rule.

I'd not heard of snapdraft but they have two rules. 1) Must be in US or Canada. 2) Non-US will get 30% withholding tax, so I assume (2) is designed to refer specifically to Canadians.

Drafter Party do allow non-US (via Paypal) though I've not heard much about them.
