Actually more so ABC (Jazz). Been drawing down 20k from them since last Super Bowl. I think the multiple $500 payments bit me in the ass. Adding insult to injury ABC is saying this is my fault and wants to charge me $100 to get the funds returned to my account.

You should look into that a little better before calling anyone a moron, many players including myself have been banned from either UNION or GRAM.

ive recieved payouts via BOTH agencies since ive been offshore wagering since 1996...and i recieve them EVERY week since then and since m//g opened for business...never had a peep of a problem...i only deposit AND withdrawl via this method every single week...sorry about ur luck being black-listed...that must suck ouch

So just because you never had a problem must mean that me and many other players who have reported on these boards over the years of being banned must be lying???? or maybe you are greatly over exaggerating the amount of funds you have actually sent???

Lots of transfers to and from CR could possibly draw attention to you but the biggie is sending/receiving more than $1,000. UNION and GRAM are required under the UIGEA to monitor for gambling related activity and unlike 5mike5 would lead you to believe these companies do not have to accept your business, allowing what they believe to be possible gambling related transactions would be against the law.

What is truly moronic is thinking this can't happen to you. M.Gram can choose who they want to do business with and if they think you're doing too many transactions with too many people they can shut you down too. They don't have to prove a thing; it's their business. Much like your bartender can refuse service to "any1" (your idiotic abbreviation, not mine).

Congrats on staying under the radar so long, but don't insult people that get caught up in this red tape. I think what has spared you over the years is that you're sending most of the time, while I'm receiving cash much more often than not. Consider yourself a lucky loser, azzhole.

I have had clerks at monygrahm refuse to send my deposits to Costa Rica twice. I stopped using them for a while, thinking I must have been banned or they don't want to send large amounts to Costa Rica. After a few months, I tried again, and it was like those two failed attempts never happened. I have been able to send using ** without problems since. It looks like the ** agents are instructed to deny what might look like sportsbook deposits.

Realistically, p2p is the only way to get money out of ABC/Jazz, which I've been doing for the better part of a year (drawing down over 20k). As I think you're aware, there is only one person that can do checks (Harvey) and good luck reaching him to set up this type of payment. The process literally takes months to get a check, assuming you're lucky enough to get him to do it.

Long story short, yes people use M G and W U still. Although it appears I'm limited to just the latter now.

I send and receive almost everyday and have never been flagged. Just keep it under 1k per transaction and you'll be fine

All of mine were under 1k, typically $500-$850 each time.

Yes, I have had several conversations with the Book since starting this thread. I can use a friend or relative to collect M G for me or I can request W U in my name. Looks like ABC will resolve this matter favorably. Thanks for asking, L36.
