Has anyone been unable to collect a M Gram because of a Code 4? Does it mean I'm unable to use M.Gram anymore? Also, would W. Union be informed of this as well?

Actually more so ABC (Jazz). Been drawing down 20k from them since last Super Bowl. I think the multiple $500 payments bit me in the ass. Lots of transfers to and from CR could possibly draw attention to you but the biggie is sending/receiving more than $1,000. I have had clerks at monygrahm refuse to send my deposits to Costa Rica twice. I stopped using them for a while, thinking I must have been banned or they don't want to send large amounts to Costa Rica. After a few months, I tried again, and it was like those two failed attempts never happened. I have been able to send using ** without problems since. Realistically, p2p is the only way to get money out of ABC/Jazz, which I've been doing for the better part of a year (drawing down over 20k). As I think you're aware, there is only one person that can do checks (Harvey) and good luck reaching him to set up this type of payment.
