I have my own guy but am debating opening up another account online.

Which site do you like best? Which is easiest to get the money out of the account?

Stick to cash only books, heritage or betislands ( or have both and shop for lines )

What do you mean by cash only books?

like accept deposits mainly through person to person transactions. Payouts are generally much quicker due to less overhead the book has to deal with. Also, payment processors = pain and too much of a buffer to put them in what I perceive as a favorable position.
