i just got my money more than 20k from bet 3000. in play run(s) is right 100%. we can say payout slow and strange answers to e mails but at the end they do pay.

9 days. what worried me more were the conflicting and strange answers to e mails. at this point i do think they re not well organized for payout but no fraud.

I have been waiting for a large payout from Bet3000 since Monday 12th December. I've had one email response from them claiming they have processed the withdrawal, but didn't give any details that I asked for such as the day they sent it. Bank transfers take no more than 3 days to clear, so they are slow-paying me.

It's reassuring to see that the money was received eventually for the guys above, but it's clear that customer service is severely lacking at Bet3000 as communication is so slow and sometimes not even correct. They do not have a telephone number. If they told me honestly that my withdrawal is delayed and when I can expect it, I would accept that, but slow-paying a very large withdrawal with no communication is not acceptable because it is making me sick with worry. I could have really done with that money before Christmas.

When you email them about the delay, they just send you stock answers. That's annoying when you've clearly been waiting more than five working days. All I want to know is what day they sent the payment and they can't answer me. I doubt they have sent it yet.

Withdrawal received on the 10th working day in the end, so similar experience to alebig.
