I'm in the same boat, waiting for an A,C,H payout from 5dimes from 10/19. Spoke to CS twice and both times told to wait.Comment -
Requested on 10/17 and bounced 10 days later at the bank. 3 other players have bounced from that same batch of checks. I would go ahead and expect it to, to be honest! Why would your check clear but the rest not? No money in any of the accounts from the processors standpoint

Ive posted nothing but facts and thats why people are starting to realize the Bullshit going on with 5dimes. I even posted the credit going back into my player account once I sent the bounced check back to 5dimes..I posted it on SBR forum,

Well it hasn't bounced yet. That's quite a long time for it to bounce now. Very possible mine could be from a different processor. I'm 100% that they use more than one processor for checks. Otherwise I would think it would have bounced by now. As far as the 2 from the 27th and 31st I guess I will feel confident after another week. Who do you bank with tdog? Just wondering and curious if maybe my bank would be different in times to notify customers of bounced checks.Comment -

Im over auditing our payroll for 10k people today. I could void a check today for something the company wrote 2 months ago. 100% True... I bank with Wells Fargo, Regions and BkofAma. I had to talk to my buddy who is a branch manager at Regions to even accept the check because none of the banks would. The check looked like it was made out of a "Office Max" store. My name was typed in lower case, no information on where the check was coming from, etc.
I requested 3 p2p on wednesday and picked the funds up yesterday without a problem. I would suggest you do this from now on.
Think about this as well, If you are accepting checks from a processor and the US govt seizes that processor, DOJ and IRS will be able to audit every check with every name and address on file being sent out! If your cashing or depositing these processor checks, you should plan on getting audited by the IRS in the next 3 years...thats real talk!Comment -

Guys it's pretty obviuos what has happened here.
This A...C.....H processor got nabbed by the US Govt. Remember Autmatied Clearing House transactions needs a US bank account. The processor probably got nabbed, told 5d they were having problems...had them send another wire to cover payouts...then the US Gov siezed the funds.
Now it's up to Tony to see if he will make good. Remember guys , this is a cost of doing business now in the internet gambling industry. Jsut can't believe Tony is that stupid to use A....C.....H....after Black Friday and Blue Monday!Comment -

5dimes CS is logging into SBR just to post how things are running good and I rec'd my payout, this Bullshit and that Bullshit. I personally believe, the processor just ran off with the funds, the same way one of Full Tilt Pokers processors did.
Why do you think Justin7, Bill Dozier, Sbr_John, Sbr_Lou are not commenting on this??? its because they are paid to keep their mouths shut

Well many times when a processor gets nabbed by the Feds, the sportsbook or operator thinks that the processor ran off with the money. They didn't run anywhere, they are just being quiet at the advice of their attorney. If money gets siezed then Tony's is going to have to pony up the money and make the players happy!Comment -

Tdog my checks did not look suspect at all. And as far as the audit I don't care either. I'm down lifetime and prob for the year. Just happen to get hot and smack 5dimes for like 30k in a month and of course this shit happens. And how could you void a check if the funds were already collected on it? Idk anymore man just hoping they don't bounce. My bank told me today that I would have known within 5 business days.Comment -

Tony, GM at 5dimes, told me the other day that the batches of A,C,H, that were sent out on the 24th and 25th have been rec'd by some players. I said can we confirm with these players or you show proof and he stated "NO" He stated that he hasnt heard anything from the processor but then states later they are getting updates from the processor daily
Again, where are the Moderators?? Not one is commenting on this that is at the Top of SBR! I wonder why?? 5MIKE5, Where are you? Tell us all about your multiple cashouts by p2p that you wont post on here

Sorry to hear of your past runs but Im up around the same as you for the football season with 5dimes. As for my check, it looked like something a 1st grader made. Hopefully you will be one of the first lucky ones to not have their check bounce at the bank. I am specifically talking about the checks from 10/17 and current, though. One player posted the other day his was in the bank 14 days and the funds disappeared and he rec'd the bounced check from the bank.
I got about 4k on the site still and Im going to do p2p from now on.Comment -
So is it okay to deposit into 5Dimes or is there something more to this besides a processor problem? Maybe no one knows. Wondering what some of the more experienced players think. I'm wondering if the moderators of SBR aren't back on this thread cause there is something more wrong or cause of the demanding tone of Tdogs posts. Separate question if anyone can help. lt56-I wouldn't put money in 5dimes. They keep lying to all of us about the real status of our payouts afrom 10-17 and that makes me nervous. So why would you put money in a book knowing they didnt pay a bunch of us no matter what excuse they give? Intertops pays. I am using them now and they do multisport parlays.Comment -

5Dimes not paying...
Just finished live chat with Tony. He told me 2 weeks ago that he wouldn't credit my account because he doesn't know where the money is.. Today, he knows the money is "in a US correspondent bank, just sitting there". Upon asking him to do the right thing and pay the customers, he hinted at paying "maybe next week", which turned into whenever he wants, then that he will personally withhold payment to me..
Sucks dick that there's no recourse here. They've officially lost my business after this.Comment -

Very disgusted with 5dimes
Requested a payout on the 31st of October, and the latest they said i'd get my money would be monday morning. I still haven't received it and i vented to the CS employee Jane about this. This is not how you run a business. You can't tell EVERY customer it takes 3-5 business days and after the 5th day, it's not there. This is happening to every customer on the site. This is the definition of wrong. Flat out wrong. And i'm a pretty easy-going guy, so its very difficult to make me angry but i'll tell you something, hearing the words "You have to wait" from their customer service department when we shouldn't have to wait in the first time is mind-boggling. Just terrible business just terrible.Comment -
