#37I made a small cashout of 250$. I live on a tight budget, and like to keep my personal bills and my gambling/porn bills seperate. On the site it clearly states that it takes 3to 5 buisiness days to recieve your funds through deposit into checking. It doesn't say it USEALLY takes that amount of time, but IT will be 3 to 5. I expect my money to be into the checking like it says. It's now the 8th buisiness day, I call and they start giving me the run-around about the processor got delayed or some bullshit. Then they proceed to tell me, they may have typed in my bank account information wrong, and that I would be charged 20 bucks for their mistake and have to wait a extra 10 buisiness days. ALSO, I need to fax a bank statement and all this other shit. I'm pissed because I have to go through all this trouble for their mistake. I say, can I atleast get a 5 dollar freeplay, for the extended wait and having to fax u all this shit. Of course the reply is no. I go off and start cursing, and calling them fags and whores. Then they make me talk to tony on live chat. He is of no help and I proceed to call him a fat f\*g. He says "This chat has ended". "your account is closed and you will not be recieving your funds". Anyway I can get my funds?

#41Refusing to pay this little bit of money because of cursing solidifies 5dimes should not be AAA rated and they just needed a reason to keep the money. PRocessor delays my ass! It's called they lost more money than they won, so the only money they can float is money from *************** because they have an "ACE" in the hole -PROCESSOR. We are at the mercy of these scumbags and they know we can never verify a processing delay.
Now cursing and carrying on wasn't the smartest thing that could be done. I want to do the same thing, but they do have my money too, and I don't need to give them a reason. I will wait the 10 days, then have SBR investigate, and if I don't get my money, then I don't get my money..Wouldn't be the first time a scumbag book kept my money.Comment -

I would bet that 5dimes would LOVE to not have processor issues and that would delete these threads about them, giving them a bad rap. What these noobs don't realize is that ALL books have processor issues at times, and there money will be delayed a week or 2...BUT THEY WILL GET PAID....But these guys get all pissy as if this is there first cash out and this is going to happen every time, they don't realize processor issues occur once in a while, and they should just relax when they are told it'll be there on a new date...
Now if it isn't here Tomorrow for these guys after they were told it would be, and the processor issue is fixed...Then I see absolutely no problem with the bitching. But when an unforeseen accident happens and they have to delay, that does not seem like a valid reason to me; to create multiple threads bitching.Comment -
