But as a customer, I expect to be told the truth. I've checked in a couple of times and am just told, 'check next day.'
Part of being in ANY business is meeting your own claims. If you claim 3-5 days, and it is significantly past that, you need to reward your customer with something, at the very least a very detailed explanation. And reasonably, a free play or a free payout. They charge pretty ridiculous fees for A*C*H's, so if they are severely delayed based on their 3-5 business day time frame, shouldn't those payouts be free?
