I requested *************** on 10/17 for a couple thou. I have gotten all *************** in the past in 3 days. Called Friday, they told me wait til Tuesday. It's Tuesday, and now they are telling me to wait 10 days. Been a customer for over 10 years. Not happy. Using another book for now that pays. Don't know why they are playing games with me. Horrible customer service.

Delays at reputable books are almost always due to processor issues and almost every book experiences them with certain methods at one time or another (talking US payouts ofc). Unfortunately, it's part of the current environment.Comment -

There are a bunch of players all waiting since 10-17 for their withdrawl like me, but it is what it is. 5D had some returned checks recently that I personally confirmed, but everyone got paid eventually. I will just wait until Next week and if I don't get paid by then, then I will switch permantly to one of my other 2 books. I really like 5dimes because they post lines so early, but if it comes down to getting paid in a timely manner vs a crappy website, I have to switch.Comment -

They told us Thursday...so I didn't understand all the constant bitching and moaning ON WEDNESDAY.
But once again...I understand this is your first payout and you're new to the site. But just to let you know, You don't have to create new threads, those 5 threads from yesterday are still up and running, you can post in those ones. I would imagine if someone had gotten paid, they would of posted up in those of those threads...
I know that may be tough to understand, but hopefully you can have somebody help ya out with it.

It's not my first payout. I have done tons of them with 5dimes. Its my second payout from them that got delayed. I had one back in July of last year. They did the same thing. They kept using the same stall tactics, and after 10 days, it was back in my 5dimes account and I got an email saying there was a processing problem. That is why I am so high strung about this situation. I havent' had a problem in over a year, but I just want them to stop lying. But this time, there are complaints about bounced checks which I confirmed with their cs. They admitted to me over the phone they have bounced a string of checks a couple times; but it's ok, don't get worried, it wasn't their fault. It was the "Processor" LOLComment -

TheWolf...I had them delay during Christmas this past year. Had them also delayed around Feb/March. There is nothing we can do about it. Once again, 5Dimes may be giving you the run around, on what's going on with them...But believe me when I saw, they would want for nothing more to Pay you the money you're owed. It's not good for their business to be having these problems. Word gets out that they are slow paying pieces of shit, that won't be good for them.
They have the money to pay you, Everyone here knows that they make more money than they send out...It's a problem that they are taking care of, and they for sure aren't just stalling on paying you because 5dimes is short on funds.Comment -

Normal for me is - Request on Monday - receive it at the end of the day Thursday (5pm) Pending in my bank account. Friday Morning it is available.
When Delayed - It's not here on Thursday...I recheck account Friday. Wait til Monday, and contact 5dimes to see if problem. They tell me yes there was a problem, and It'll be here as soon as processors back up. Normally a few days after the next Monday I requested. So normal Delays are 4-5 Business days after I was supposed to receive it.
I've had one delayed and put back in my account after 2 weeks...Then they gave me a free payout any day of the week for the inconvenience. But that has only happened once.
80% of the time there is no delay or anything, and it's like clockwork in my account Thursday. These things are expected to happen once in a while...Nothing is perfect.

Ngates- The banks wont cash my check or deposit it. This isnt my fault! Alot of $5k checks that were sent out bounced, this was confirmed by the Accounts Dept. Manager. For checks to bounce, that means that "NO" money in the accounts from the processors that 5dimes is putting in there...Honestly, 5dimes is putting out more money than they currently have or they are about to go out of business financially!
Again, manager at 5dimes told me to check back on 11/3/11 to see if the funds have been sent back lol funds werent never sent!Comment -

I talked to the accounting manager at 5dimes when I was getting pissed with the CS manager. She told me, we have had alot of the max payout checks bounce on us and this happens every once in awhile. I figured the max would be 5k, my bad it must be 3k. I dont know but I swear on my life, that was her exact words!Comment -
