Usually, heritage are very fast to approve your deposit. Today, I wanted to place a wager on either German soccer game or England soccer game. Their customer service opens @ 9am est. So I called to get the receiver's information. By 9:14, I called them back to give them the tracking number. CSR at the time said I should be able to bet on 9:30 german soccer game since they only have 8 deposits to approve. When 9:30 came, money is not in my account so I was like that's fine I will place a bet on 10:00 England soccer game instead. At 9:45ish, money is still not in my account so I called them back and now mine is 4th one to be approved. So I missed the England soccer game too. At 10:15ish, I called to make sure there is nothing wrong with my deposit and CSR this time says that their processor just opened(they opened bit late today). and I am like wtf?? why didn't previous CSR just tell me that their processor has not opened yet before???
HERITAGE, you guys need to open your shop little earlier and find processor who will open their shop on time or earlier as well on the weekends due to early soccer games.
