not sure the percentage opti, but there is ways u can claim loses, but not offshore i doubt, since its not really "legal"..ive never heard of any1 being even asked about offshore wagering, but then again i stay away from bank paper when i can..but next to nobody pays taxes in U.S. on gambling(other than lotteries, lotto tickets, ect. and casinos, but i am meaning offshore) unless they are a big dog im sure., and must be documented loses at that

Maybe I should take this question to the newbies section because I am shopping around for a book and am new. I noticed that this site gets excellent reviews and this sounds great, but i read this on their website and am concerned with fees :

"A 3% fee over the amount withdrawn will be charged (minimum of $20, maximum of $50)."

So that means they keep $20 of your withdrawl? pretty steep cut, no? or am i misunderstanding?

Wolf im also on my 6th day and when i contacted them today i got the sam answer. Could take as much as 10 days they said. I will say they never took this long even a few weeks ago. Also i just got 2 wires from them in about a weeks time and they told me there are no wire delays. Also just received 2 checks from them both within 3-4 days and they cleared in a day after depositing them. 3 requests this week on monday. Will update when they arrive. Also got two p2p this both in a day.

But it won't matter, they will just tell me tomorrow. I tried to cancel it so I can just do a couple p2p. I had one problem last year. This identical thing happened and went on for 2 weeks. Then one day the money was back in my 5dimes account. I did 3 P2Ps and got the money eventually. But I had to pay the fees and it cost me $100 or so. They can find out the exact day it will hit our bank from the processor in Canada. It's 1 day if it is sent before 5pm est. It's the same as *************** for a job. So whoever told me I would have it today blatenly lied to me. That's where I have a problem. They told me it can post anytime, which is bs. My bank only posts *************** deposits in early hours before the bank even opens. Let me know if you get your $$, and I will do the same. You can't claim losses that total more then your wins and I think that you need to show proof of such losses as well. I might be wrong so don't take my word for it.

Ok wolf so im still waiting on mine and it was requested on the 17th. They informed that there was a delay and that if it isnt received in my account by Monday then i should contact them and they will handle it and have it put back into my account. At that point i would just do a couple P2P's since its only $2300. In the meantime i received a wire and check both requested Monday, received yesterday and today. Also requested a check wednesday and it scheduled to arrive Monday. Im not worried cause they dont steal, never have. I will update again on monday. Oh, one more thing.....If i have to hear 5mike5 sucking them off any more im gonna find him and smack him across his neck. Mike we know they are a very good shop, among the best considering todays situation in the industry but jesus christ ENOUGH already.
