    Couldn't agree more. I use 5D as an out, but they are nowhere near the A+ rating SBR gives them, probably a solid B in my estimation. 5D got a pass on three casino disputes, while at the same time SBR was crucifying a C Book that had a single casino dispute. If you add 5D's CS into the equation, no way are they A+ just by Tony's influence alone.

    This should be an SNL skit..".really". 5D is an A+ Book SBR, really? 5D stiffs three casino winners and stays at A+, really? Tony threatens to close accounts for people that have legit complaints, and 5D remains A+, really? I could go on, but A+ means nothing if 5D qualifies. Does poor CS and multiple complaints mean nothing to SBR? Really?
