#19Well I just got paid via gift card 10,000 USD(two 5000 dollar card loads)... but I had to lose 5,000 dollars in deposits(probably about 20 of them)... I was a loser before I was a winner =P. This is my 2nd withdrawal.(After a wire of 3,000)Comment -

#21Fair enough... I only made this account because I felt bad for all the people who look at their book and say... OMG it's rated a D- and they tend to scam... I started bugging when I had 10gs in my account. There were too many people online saying... never have more than 4gs in a BetUS account... they'll pay you once and then NEVER again.
I also think I had an advantage since I have already given them around 20-30 deposits... Seems Like I'll be back again right? =PComment -

#22I have also got paid from betus several times, with no problems....
Betus is very strict with rules and cheating, and so many people having problems with following rules, if u have follow their rules and dont tryed to cheat them im sure u get paid.....
Dont listen to all the people that have never even deposited or tryed in betus. What do they really know? They read in this forum that people get slowpaid or dosent got paid, but we dont know if they broke rules or tryed to cheat....
I like bookies with strict rules, they dont waste money on people not managing to follow rules or try to cheat. Then its more likely they have more money for higher odds and higher bonuses for the rest
I can understand u want to post u get paid, not funny when your bookie gets bad rumors, that maybe arent true, and very agree to your point.Comment -

I did eventually get most of what I was owed but it cost me in excess of USD 1000 in fees/charges to do so. After I hit a few decent sized wins, they were no longer able/willing to pay into my Neteller account despite numerous deposits and withdrawals by that method in the past. Instead they sent US dollar denominated cheques by regular mail (having charged me for express service) in USD 2000 lots.
They stopped paying when there was still USD 6000 in my account, this amount was essentially stolen by them. I would stress that there was no accusation on their part of me not 'playing fair', they simply stalled, stalled some more, paid a bit, stopped paying and eventually stopped communicating.
I have noticed a tendency of yours to doubt players' stories and jump to the defence of books. That is fine but one day your day will come and that is likely to be sooner rather than later if you play at a book like this.Comment -

#24I have played at many many books and aside from the outright scam operations, getting paid by BetUS was perhaps the most tortuous experience of my betting 'career'.

For many years ago i was also running a gambling forum my self, where i learned a lot, about how many who was trying to cheat bookmakers or dont follow rules..... I know it dosent have to be so many in this forum, but im not naiv either, most likely there is.....
sry for your loss....i also notice they stopped with neteller, my last payment was another ewallet(no point of telling witch, since moderators will edit)Comment -

#25When BetUS scammed me I never cheated. They used fake line moves to deal one sided action, and did a bait and switch bonus. I got a 100% free play bonus offer, emailed them to confirm I was eligible, and deposited, and after I deposited I was told I couldn't get the 100% bonus because "I did not call for help making my deposit."Comment -

I got bonus from betus, and yeah, they have to set up the amount from their side before u deposit, its their rules, u have to accept it, or find another bookmaker. I have gotten bonuses and paid from betus and no problem with lines. betus is very strictly with rules....
sorry for you not gettin bonus, but next time u know, and then u can take advantage of it....Comment -

#28I said the same thing at first and contemplated moving books but I called em up and the gift cards sound pretty sweet... can be used anywhere that accepts master card and can also be used at an ATM to pull money out. I think they said it was only $10 to setup the gift card and a $3.50 charge at the ATM. That's better then $40-50 at most books to send a check if you ask me.Comment -

#29Account balances should not automatically be assumed lost with BetUS. These guys do pay, in fact they probably pay around 95% of the time (often times with pulled teeth involved). They are a very elaborate scam site that does whatever they can to be #1 to square as all square idiots. If you're a loser and routinely bet spreads that are two points off against you in hoops and want to cash out - your payout will guaranteed come a lot faster than anyone else (check in 7-10 days). If you're an average bettor expect some hassle. If after reviewing your account history your determined to have any sort of clue - expect they will do everything in their power to ensure you'll never return. A lot of this however involves taking the lowest PR hit possible. BetUS is a scam and always has been, but its not on the same level as "deposit only" its just that there is a much higher risk anyone with a clue will be stiffed here than at other sites.
The reason I bother making this post is because if everyone says "assume that money is lost" and people get paid they'll soon feel ah those guys are all wrong. Put it this way, if you're being paid fast by BetUs you're an effen moron that should not be gambling - lottery or your local casino or a plane ticket to Vegas would give you better odds. Many people are paid slow though. So yeah BetUs does pay - the 95% of the time is a guess ( I have no way to determine the exact) but at the same time is still a disgusting scam site very high risk to use.Comment -

#32Thanks for posting thishow many people have been telling everyone that money in betus is like lost money.
They where WRONG again.
Dont forget many people in this forum that trust people in a forum 100% and a bookmaker close to 0 , then they without having tryed the bookmaker them self, just continue spread what they have read, not understanding that this person not getting paid or slowpayd, maybe has cheated, not followed the rules, not managed to send documents, not managed to send it correctly, change country, banks between has been the reason, and so on.
AMAsing Naiv if u ask me.
Im not saying all the people that have been slowpaid, is under that category, but pretty sure, its quite a few.......
The same people where also telling me that betonline where a sinking ship for many months ago, betonline just have less and less complaints...... so its rather the oposite i remember, 5mike using insulting words to me because he was so sure that betonline where sinking ship ...... he is also in this tread, saying "count that cash as a lose sorry to say buddy..." wrong again,we know who not to trust...Comment -

I've just contacted Betus regarding a payout. They told me I would have to submit a copy of my drivers license in order to process my payoff in the form of a CC.
I've been a member for several years & had never requested a prior payout. I had always funded my account thru **...last time 2 years ago. After pressing the issue, they told me they could...just this one time...send me a payout thru **. Why can't they send a check?
I haven't taking any action yet. I have a couple questions I hope you or someone can answer.
1. Would you send a copy of your drivers license? Why do they need it?
2. If I can get them to send me a payout thru ** should I jump on it.
ThanksComment -

i have also done it, not only in betus but also in many other bookmakers, they are required to do it to keep their gambling license.
Its done for security reasons, so other people cant pretend beeing u, and use your cc
we would be happy to know how fast u get your payment:PComment
