On Oct 7th, Boise State beat Fresno State 57-7, hitting this promotion. I had a 7 PT Teaser on Boise State -14 and Over 51.5. Players were told cash would be deposited on Monday, yet anyone who had a point spread wager involved in a parlay or teaser were not credited. Seemed weird since there was nothing in the description stating those wagers were ineligible.
I contacted support each day Monday-Wednesday morning to inquire about it and was told each time there had been a delay and the case was being escalated. I knew it had to be because they were trying to figure out how to handle the other types of wagers.
Low and behold, I contact them again this morning, and "They're still working on it" but "We'll pay you." The words I wanted to hear, even though I knew there was still a chance they'd come back and say, "no, we're not paying you after all."
Not even an hour later I had the $50 applied to my account and all was good. The description of the promotion has since been changed to properly handle the issue should it arise again: "To be eligible you must have a straight pointspread wager ON Boise State (parlays and teasers are excluded)."
