WTF? I make a cc deposit over 3 and a half hours ago and it still hasn't been credited to my account. Numerous times I am on chat and am told 'it may take up to 15 minutes' 1 hour passes so I get on chat again. "sometimes it takes longer" Finally 3 hours goes by. Low and behold, no account credit yet. Get on chat again. "oh you will have to talk to verifications dept they are here after 9am est" Are you kidding me here. Keep in mind it says right on their page. "If your deposit is successful, funds will appear immediately in your 5dimes account." Yes my deposit was successful. Funds where debited but no credit. I've always stood up for this book but after this kind of hassle it is unlikely I will play here anytime soon. 5dimes-bush league book!

First 2 times on chat I am told it will be credited shortly. 3rd time I am told that I have to contact verifications. I would just like to cancel this deposit.

mikail: OK well I made the deposit with the assumption my account would be credited instantly like it says on your 'funding methods' page. So I find it very unprofessional that you outfit is not following your own protocol. I had numerous wagers I wanted to place right now. Instead my money was taken and now I must wait for verifications dept. Don't you agree that is not good business?
Alen: I understand you but unfortunately at this time there is not much we can do

mikaill: But it is in your hands. The deposit was processed. My card was charged but my account says 0 that's not good. I would rather play elsewhere where I don't need to put up wit these types of hassles. Can you just cancel the deposit and I can call my cc company and cancel with them?
Alen: We cannot do that sir, as explained to you earlier we do not have access to do that

I play with multiple books offshore. I wanted to replenish my 5dimes specifically to place some live wagers on tennis last night. I overreacted a bit because my account wasn't credited instantly. In the future I will make deposits during regular hours.Comment -
