Just deposited to Bookmaker for the first time

I'm really worried now. It's gonna be 3 hours at 7:35

They already picked up the money cause I got a notification from the money transfer service.

I don't like their customer service though. The guy I talked to 20 minutes ago said it's still pending.

I tried them out and hopefully the deposit goes through right but I'm never using them ever again. 5dimes for me. They usually credit the account in 5 minutes.

I would call but I don't wanna keep pestering these assholes.

I'm guessing they are just flooded with tons of people depositing. I am fuming right now.

If this was an American business I'd have told them to return my money and fukkk off already.

They suck. They offered me 300 for 300 and I sent the cash. After they picked up the cash they then took back the offer. Bait and switch. That's why I quit them before.

Ok I just got off with them and they credited my account. I've just heard nightmare stories of people taking weeks for the books to credit their deposit and I was worried.

Betthehook, when that happened to you did you at least get the money back?

I sent this over the kiosks that 7-11 stores have. I've used them many times to 5dimes and heritage and they always go through right away.

Maybe they are just busy cause it sounded like there was a lot going on over the phone. Or does bookmaker just have a ton of customers?

bookmaker's customer service has really gone downhill as of late.....i sent money in recently......their guys had already picked the money up...took them 2 hrs to put the money in and a guy by the name of diego tried to tell me the name was wrong after they had already picked the money up!.....rude,classless people at bookmaker. Yes u get paid....which is important.......but the customer service there is garbage.
