    Yes they do sir. In fact Hanplayer (SBR Rated B-) accepts everyone but U.S. players.

      So, would you know which book in their group
      is the best to play at for Europeans?
      The one above or a different one?

        Why would you want to play there? They have a reputation for calling anybody who has ever played there begging for re-ups.

          That would really depend on what your wanting to wager on. Personally I feel BetPop (SBR Rated B-) is the best in the entire Business Management International S.A. family of books however, opinions vary. The bottom line though is that entire group of books pay and pretty promptly too I might add sir.

            As Dan said Betpop is a very underrated book.Been playing there on and off for several years
