Bodog's deposit bonuses are not very compelling

Forget what I said about DSI. They're offering zilch as well. The 300 for 300 is a special offer only for certain accounts. I apparently don't qualify.

All they offered was a 20% freeplay, 5x rollover. I spoke to casino and they said they'd give a 10% bonus, which is probably -EV to take, because I'd imagine they'd have steep casino rollover attached to the 10%.

Really no incentive to deposit these days when books aren't offering anything.

The bodog bonus is compelling when you realize its 10% cash with no top and I think the rollover is 1 time. Put 5k in and get $500 and roll it once? pretty good deal.

I wanted to try the blackjack promo, where if you hit three blackjacks with a min. bet of $10 a hand, you get a $21 football free bet. That's open through 10/6, but I guess I'll have to pass. Maybe sometime later they'll have a decent deposit bonus.

I would check right now they are offering 100% upto $250 5x roll for new customers. The link is on the SBR front homepage.

Not a new customer, though.

At DSI I deposited last year to become a Pro.

Bodog I never deposited yet (just bought cash through SBR when they were offering it).

10% even with 1x rollover isn't attractive. I routinely hear about much better bonuses, and sometimes they give you casino/poker along with it. Bodog doesn't do that.

I'm pretty sure it's a $50 max bonus, not $500.

Bookmaker is better for bonuses than Bodog...they always have different promos going on...for example, they have Tuesday and Wed. reload bonuses for now...like 20% on a Tuesday, just because it's Tuesday! Better than Bodog's initial deposit bonus!!

I agree, Yiz. Bodog bonus structure sucks.

I deposited $400 into Bodog 2 weeks ago to re-up my Pro status. Clicked on the 100% SBR bonus link to make an account. After my initial deposit finally showed up, all I ever received was a 10% bonus in my account. After calling them twice and holding for over 20 mins while they "checked on it"....I finally just gave up. Not worth all the hassle.

They were SUPER enthusiastic to give me the info I needed in order to deposit, but couldn't have been any less helpful once my money was in there.

I would suggest giving CS a call and asking them about this bonus and the terms. While I am not at all involved with bonuses or promos, I'll see what I can dig up in the meantime!

Kats is correct on this. CS will always say what it says on the website front. You show them the URL and ask to speak to a manager. When you get to a higher up, you will spend about 15 minutes in chat getting the higher amount credited. It is worth the trouble. The scenario I mention is 2 months old, but its been like this for quite some time now.

I should mention: get all of this clarified in chat and saved before you deposit. You will still get the lower bonus credited automatically. Then you do what I say above and you will end up with the higher bonus. Yes its a hassle, but it is worth it.

Dead wrong!! Guys, guys, guys I don't post stuff in here to hear my head rattle. This is my business. The system is screwed up there--granted, but what I stated is absolutely correct. I see above that Joevig has a clue. Follow his advice exactly and you will be rewarded.

Becky, you would do Bodog a favor and have them clear this up. To the average guy on here or someone coming to the site, they are getting cheated out of a much better bonus deal and Bodog is getting cheated out of larger deposits from the player.
