It is ridiculous how I always have to put in multiple requests for every transfer that I have requested. I usually get a call from the manager asking me if they can do anything better and why I want to transfer "so much" when it should be obvious that my balance has grown larger than what makes sense for my wagering limits. If they want me to keep my money in their book, then give me higher limits. Now they are limiting me to $10k transfer/month.

They transferred the rest of my balance to another book and closed my account. The manager noted that I complained here. This isn't the first time that they have had issues with me posting my issues here. He said that my transfer was in progress at the time but that wasn't the case when I called (the rep didn't see anything about a payout in the system). Although my experience has been mixed, it is a good book for any bettor that does not mind the limits.Comment -
