I also called the CS number, and when you select an option, you get a busy signal. When you go to the website, it will not let you log in.
Anyone else having this issue?

I just got through to wagering -- they are currently in a full IT meltdown with no access to player accounts. Just lovely.

I tried to call and I can't get through. Looks like were all going to just have to ride it out until they get this all sorted out. Hopefully it's in the near future.

Dan, I got through on the wager line, and they are having a full meltdown. They have no access to accounts, and have posted a couple of lines for the 8pm games using hand tickets.

Feel fortunate that you were able to get through because every time I try and call them I get the fast busy signal.

I wouldn't worry about it in regards to the safety of funds sir. It sounds like their might have been a DDos attacked levied again them tonight which seems to be a normal occurrence within this industry with all the books from time to time. I'm confident this matter will be resolved in the near future though.

Mirror site wouldn't matter.
Here's the long and short of it.
We are on the ground floor of an office building. Somehow (not sure yet), a pipe burst above above the server room. The water output was so massive that it came through the walls in a few different areas. Just our luck, it went all over the networking stuff (I'm not an IT guy, so I call it stuff). The DB is/was fine... but we couldn't access it since the CISCO stuff (networking) got fried. We had to setup all replacements and have CISCO come in to bring in replacements. We use 2 phone systems, one VOip that is down, and old-school "line" phones that were up the entire time. That is why some got through via phone and others didn't. All phones should be up soon (but we are focusing on internet, since we have some lines that work)
They're almost done getting everything back online. We got Don Best and internal systems.
All bets were hand written and will be graded this evening. I'll be back soon to follow up.
If you have an issue, I'll make sure it gets resolved ASAP.

Hi, I'm not sure what my balance is - usually counted on your service to tell me that info. How would a "hand written" bet be taken if I'm not sure of my balance? Could I wager a percentage of my balance and have it updated once you are back online?
More importantly, does it look like your site's going to be available by tomorrow for the NFL games? I certainly hope so...

I'm sure they all the data backed up for such situations of this nature sir. Not sure when they will be back up though however, I would think they will be back at 100% by the kickoff tomorrow.

These situations are rare. In the 8 years I've been here, only one other time did we have to conduct business this way.
TBH, we use the honor system. Tell the customer we can't access his account. So they should try to bet what they think they have available. Some people take shots, but the majority of customers are honest. Sometimes there's a case where someone goes negative or wins a bet with money they didn't have.
Believe me, we'll work with the customer to make sure both parties in a situation like that.
Once all the games go off, we're gonna start the process of entering all the hand tickets into the system. It's quite a task... but we've got good people willing to stay all night till the job's done.
As for tomorrow.
I'm 95%, sure that things will be back to normal by morning. I'll keep you updated throughout the night.
Sorry, if something wasn't clear. I got to type this up quick.

They can't tell me my balance when I call in, or at least they couldn't earlier. This has severely crippled my ability to do business in my normal fashion, and likely cost me a good amount in winnings. I am extremely frustrated.

Likewise, although I understand what happened. I hope that YouWager does something for us to make up for it.

I finally was able to get through and speak with Kim from YouWager(SBR Rated B) and she had confirmed that a pipe indeed did burst causing this issue. She went on to say that they are working feverishly to import all the hand written tickets into their system at this time as it is partially back up and running. Also, she did tell me to pass along her sincere apologies regarding this matter.

We have a few ideas.

I just called and tried to place a $200 wager on 2nd half UCLA +11 1/2 I spoke with Fred who spoke with 4 different supervisors who refused the play due to a negative balance in my account. My balance is currently +680 however they are showing me with -160. I'm so pissed these guys have received the last penny they will ever get from me. I recommended this book on this site multiple times I retract any recommendation I have ever given these guys. Its amazing when I called earlier I placed a bet on 2nd half alabama -4 1/2 Winner and 2nd half Alabama over 21 looser and didn't have a problem. Screw these guys. 5dimes I'm on my way.

None of this is true they refused the action. It wasn't a large bet now they have me shut out of both second halves of the late games.

Here's an idea if you're serious about helping us out for this mess - for all the bets that didn't get graded after your systems went down (not the hand-written wagers after the fact, the ones that were submitted prior to the site going down but still haven't been graded because of your system problems), cancel any of the losing wagers, and push through all the winners. Reason being, whether you lost or won those bets, you were likely impacted negatively cash-flow wise by not having these wagers graded in the normal window. For Example: In my case, I was ahead quite a bit on my wagers this morning, then made some small to medium wagers right before your site went down, and think I missed on 3 out of 4 of those ones if I remember correctly (you still can't get into your site to see the pending wagers). My plan all along was to go big on a couple of the evening games, and when I called in to see what was going on no one could tell me my balance was and/or whether my pending wagers cleared yet, and I had no real idea what the actual balance was I was working with and when the funds would be credited. Being totally in the dark on this info really left me no choice but to pass on these evening games, which I see now that I ultimately would have won as part of my day's overall strategy if the games had been graded/proccessed as normal. This cost me several hundreds if not into the thousands of dollars in my account.
Same scenario for someone who won their bet(s) that still haven't been graded - those were funds that they could have then leveraged for additional wagers that they may have made or been planning to make, but held off on due to the technical problems.
So since either way there was likely negative impact on this, it seems fair to reward us with the best outcome for each individual of the wagers that got held up due to this error: cancel the losing ones, process the winning ones.
