1) 5dimes - It's a runaway blowout winner for me. Great juice/great selection. I couldn't ask for anything more. My gap between #1 and #2 is like Wisconsin/Indiana today.

2) bet365 - can't play there but all the live options make me jealous
3) Pinnacle - can't play there either but best juice
