Thanks for the info. I did take the 110% bonus. I dont remember them mentioning the 60 day hold. Oh well still pretty good bonus.

there are no 60 day holds or any other day holds on any of the bonuses. Once you complete the designated rollover, you can make a withdrawal no matter if you do it in a day or a year.
