    Bet scam in sportsbook.com
I communicate with you to see if you can provide a solution to a problem I had with the Sportsbook.com.
I've done in sportsbook.com bet 100US amount of the event "Millonarios - Santa Fe" for Colombian League.
The event had a 1.85 fee if millonarios won and which I won.

But this payment is not made to me and canceled the bet after the end of the event because they say they are in a migration process (which I think is not my problem),
which has affected my finances by other responsibilities that I had acquired

How i can solve this problem? Thanks for your help

this is the conversation I had in chat with sportsbook.com

08:48Sportsbook.com English Live Chat: Good afternoon Juan
08:48Sportsbook.com English Live Chat: Please note that, due to the migration to your new Sportsbook.com account, all open bets have been void and returned to your cash balance and transferred to your new account. We want to encourage you to place your bets again with your new Sportsbook.com account, as we will be having fantastic promotions such as FANtastic Futures and Pig Skin Parlay Power.
08:50Juan: but my cash balance not reflect the state of my bets
08:52Sportsbook.com English Live Chat: All your bets which have been void the stake has been returned to your account
    08:54Juan: voided all bets?
08:55Sportsbook.com English Live Chat: Yes sir, the bets that were opened were made void
    08:55Juan: why?
08:55Sportsbook.com English Live Chat: Because the open bets could not be migrated sir
08:56Sportsbook.com English Live Chat: but to compensate this situation we are offering this week our Fantastic Futures
08:56Juan: but that's not my problem, I just lost an investment that I had done
08:57Sportsbook.com English Live Chat: I am sorry to hear that sir but the only way to solve this issue is to place new bets
08:58Juan: what is your Gaming Authority?
09:00Juan: your "Fantastic Futures" not outweigh the investment that I have done, Who regulates you?

All open bets should have been honored. That's bs.

Id say your case will be decided based on when your bet was cancelled.

    Before or after the match.

Fill out a SBR complaint form and SBR will assist you.

Yeah I think thats the key here - did they void it before or after the match, and more importantly, did they send you a mail or otherwise inform you that the bet had been cancelled, or was there somethign in smallprint that they may have sent you prior to the game about all open bets being voided ?

They emailed everyone that all bets were being canceled. But, that doesnt matter, you can´t just cancel all bets. They voided peoples MLB futures that have huge equity. Pending bets could easily have been transfered (see greek to Heritage, that was a move between two different books and it was fine) This is just a move inside the same big. They obviously had enough pending futures that they didnt like and this was a convient excuse to get rid of them. The op just happened to get screwed with them.

so which euro book bought sportsbook.com non usa customers.

this seems somewhat shady. the canceling of futures is absolutely unacceptable
