I've been trying to get answers from these guys all day. Phone calls, emails, chats, still can't get any answers. Am I just unlucky or have others had similar experiences with their customer service? This is a transcript of the most recent chat.

xxxx: First, I was on chat earlier today and asked why all of the nickel lines for baseball are now dime lines. Stood by on chat for over 10 minutes and got an answer of "it's now ok to wager. Please come back if you need additional help."
xxxx: Then, I've sent 7 emails all day long to customer service asking which CC(s) need to be verified so I can request a payout. After each email, I receive an auto response that I would receive a reply within an hour but never did receive a response to any of them.
xxxx: Obviously, neither of my questions have been answered.
