Reduced limits vary by account. Some people get $500. For many, only $50.

for regular lines, yes you can. but for reduced juice there's a max limit. talked with a friend of mine who just opened a 5dimes account. he said his limit is 500. they decrease it by time i guess.

It does not take "a long time" nor "a lot of winnings" to have your reduced limits cut. Sharps have their limits cut fairly quickly.

As for 99% of players keeping the initial $500 limit, that could very well be, since 99%+ of all bettors are lifetime losers.
