Check the funding methods page. First they changed it to a $40 credit per month (which meant only small checks were free), but now they have gone back to covering the full fee (even if it's $80) once per 30 days when requested on Monday morning.

Are you sure about this? I spoke to chat and they said 3k checks are still $80 but if you withdraw it on a monday, its $40.

TMS asked to talk to tony and was told to come back later.

TMS talked to tony and within a few messages sent back and forth it was resolved. TO ME that is pretty good customer service.
