Working fine for me, both the mobile and regular sites.

The problem appears to be on your end as this site confirms that BOL is up...

Is Betonline.com down? Live status and problems past 24 hours

Hmmmm. Might be my ISP? I remoted to a computer at another site and I'm in. Still can't get in locally.
