Thanks for the feedback the only way to make this platform the best for you guys is if you can tell us how to improve it.

@Profane .. deposit options may not change at all for US residents our cash only model proves to be effective and hassle for free for clients at the time of depositing and withdrawing from their accounts without need of sending in documents etc etc.

Moneybookers will be added for Canadian clients soon.

Please keep in mind we will be going invite only after Superbowl.

It is simple ask for the bonus at the time of the deposit and it will be given to you , if not you can just contact me and 99% of times I work something out with the player that is fair for everyone involved anybody that has dealt with me can confirm this , using the forum to insult Betislands when you do not even give us a chance and contact us for a resolution is not he best way to go.

We may still go invite only , how this makes us losers I do not really understand.

As far as our stability goes , we are one of the fastest paying books around and that is something nobody can deny you are calling us a scam because you did not ask for the bonus like all the other clients did and now want to insult us because we did not credit it after you already played.

Heritage is a great sportsbook I wish you the best over there.

i actually kind of agree jim, i was enjoying this book in the beginning with all the great customer service, but some of their better people have left leaving ass clowns behind.

and im still really peeved about them costing me $$$ the other day by posting the wrong line on a tennis match and having no one to contact them. So now i sent my funds to 5dimes and heritage today...i think ill be happier with all the different things i can bet on and i can slam overnight lines.

but yeah jim you def couldve just asked for the bonus like a normal human wouldve done.

If you want the 15% why do you wait after you play the deposit to contact us for it? We have clients that play with a bonus and some that do not want the rollover you cannot blame a clerk for not offering you the bonus and then using it vs the book. If you want a bonus it is not hard to ask for it.
