It always gets interesting within this industry when it comes to matters of this nature sir. Most definitely not a fun thing to endure for all parties involved either I can assure you because of all the factors that surrounding it all. Usually it's something simple that can be cleared up rather quickly with a simple Email or phone call but not always.

We've been growing like mad all summer and esp now in September--been racing to scale services to match and you've seen the effectiveness of those efforts in some of these threads (although far far fewer moans recently you might notice--why? Cause we are getting it together better and handling our players a lot faster).

We did bring in new processors for payouts, hence our announcement on new limits and timeframes and even new fees (and lower fees for person-to-person are coming as well). Not all of these are functioning exactly as envisioned yet--but getting there--and that's causing us some delays.

So relax. You'll get paid. We've never not paid a player.

And the season has been a cracking one for us despite the sports results (thank you newbie CC processing and casino and poker).

I think it says a lot about this book when alex comes on here and is so transparent and honest.

Admitting, yeah it's bumpy sometimes but they're fixing the problems and promising you'll get paid.

that's good enough for me, I would deposit there.

plus I watched my friend get a 900 dollar person to person payout in 1 day.

It was small, less then 400. I was really just trying to test them before the start of the NFL season. In all honesty they failed miserably... but they DID pay me. I had to wait like a week, week and a half. The part that got me was they kept requesting odd info such as a copy of my utility bill and BOTH my last names. It was like they were delaying, which given I deposited CC they might have been waiting to see if a charge back was a problem.

I do know that once Alex looked into it I was paid. I also know they were dealing with a scam artist who was trying to rip them for several K at the same time I was trying to get my payout.

I think you'll get paid, best of luck.

They paid me multiple times, don't hate on a book for asking for credentials pretty standard. Great lines, good bonus all the time, poker, etc. why r u guys still hating on this book, at least they know what there lacking in and trying to fix it. I believe SBR stands behind this book and u guys should to if they do.

I requested a free payout via check a couple of weeks ago. I got a message informing me that the check had been canceled, and a free payout by p2p would be issued instead a couple of days ago. I picked that up today. It appears that they are, indeed, having problems with their check processor, but certainly able to compensate. I don't think you have anything to worry about as far as safety of funds go.

After considerable delay I finally got my mid four figures payout to mb. Alex seems to be helpful and willing to give SBR posters some assistance. Unfortunately it seems several of the processes at betonline are very unorganized and illogical making it quite difficult to get things done smoothly or efficiently (for example, do you really need a "freeplay" department and a "rollover" department)

So basically my moneys out, after a bit of a struggle, but until there are some serious changes, I will not be back.

Yeah when a book starts doing weird things with peoples money people tend not to like it. Seems pretty simple to me. I honestly didn't expect to see my money from them and really thought I'd heard every excuse possible when they told me they'd "like to pay me but need BOTH my last names first." Both my last names, wtf? I fail to see why some on here call that "hating." I call it concern and frustration.
