did you actually won it, or did your balance go up because of a technical error in which losers were added to your balance as winners (like bet3000 is saying in that e-mail)?

This happened before and the customer got paid few days later. There is absolutely no reason to worry, they will pay you. If they say they're having technical problems, it's not an excuse, but the truth. Stop panicking and wait some more days, and everything will be fine. I alrady said it in another thread... Bet3000 are a big company, they have many shops and enough money. Their web site is rather small, as their focus is on brick and mortar shops. This is why their online customer service and payments department has always been slow and unprofessional. So if there is a delay, it's not because they don't want to pay. They have enough money, they recently had a huge bonus promotion, a lot of people took advantage of it and yet they paid everyone, they paid me too in the past
