I was confident that 5Dimes (SBR Rated A+) still did however, I wasn't 100% sure of it. So what I did was asked them via a live chat session just now and I confirmed the fact that they still do.

Below is the transcript of the chat session I just had with Bruce from 5Dimes confirming this information:

Chat InformationPlease wait for a site operator to respond.

Chat InformationYou are now chatting with 'Bruce'

Bruce: Hello. How may I assist you today?

Dan: Hi, I was just noticed your fees on withdraws for U.S. player. I was wondering do you offer one free payout per month or did that change as well?

Bruce: once per month (once every 31 days) on Mondays ONLY, from 9am to 1pm EST, you could receive a free withdrawal or a discount of up to $40 from the fees in your payout.

Dan: Ok, That's what I thought but I wanted to double check. Thank you for your assistance. Cya sir

          Bruce: You're welcome

          Bruce: Have a great day!

          Dan: you too

Don't really want to withdraw via check. Do they have cash withdraw for US players?

this is not correct! fee is now $60 for up to $2,000 and $80 for $2000 . i didnt ask about next level. i called in my first payout last week and was told $40. then i followed up today and they told me '' Oh fee is now 60, not $40, and we have no record of your request last week.' now i know to not use phone anymore and use chat and save only. assholes.

for the record, i was making my first payout with 5dimes last week. sent them verification info same day. game them the amount i wanted to cash out. was told once a month $40 discount, and since i was below $2k, then free cash out. once a month $40 discount. so today i call to follow up and they have no record of request. total BS. and now $20 increase up $60 fee for fedex payout up to $2k. and now $80 over $2k. was told Sept 15 the fee increased, last Thursday.
