    Hi all,

Newbie ... Add me to the list of folks waiting to be paid by these books. Before I filed a formal complaint I figured I'd give this a shot. Made a small deposit a year ago and doubled my money. Been out of action and was just trying to get re-acclimated. Anyway I had a small issue with them and it brought my account to light at which time I think they may have realized my winning %. My account was abruptly disabled and all corresspondence stopped.

I did receive an email indicating my\their request for withdrawal in early Sept. I'm out low 4 figures. Do I just sit tight or fight?

First off, Welcome to the SBRforum

Allpro (SBR Rated D-) is part of the Jazette Enterprises Limited family of books. They have some disputed type issues over the years however, before condemning them on the forum please feel free to fill out a complain form once again if need be and one of my colleagues will be more than happy to look into this matter for you sir.

The squeaky wheel approach is best there if they haven't given you a response yet. The good news is that if they aren't auditing you and the payout is actually confirmed, they will likely send it. The cases where the stole the bigger balances involved an audit while they make the case for keeping player funds.

Word on the street is they had changes in ownership as well. Lots of x factors for this year's players, especially if the season doesn't go well for the house.

Hi Bill, and thanks for the response.

I've only received acknowledgement of "request for withdrawal". I haven't received a "confirmation". It's closing in on 2 weeks.

SBR, thank you as well. Do you feel a complaint is justified at this point?
