Where does Betfair get their markets from for rugby?

I was looking at Betfair's lines today for the USA-Russia Rugby World Cup match and noticed the bet

Yury Kushnarev total points

O/U 9.5

I've looked all over the Euro books and places like the NZ TAB and don't see it anywhere. So my question is

a) Where are they getting this from?

and

b) Who the hell is seeding this market?
