Hi ! i have a bad experience with BetOnline, a problem i don't manage to resolve despite several attempts, and as i'm fed up with always having to contact them 10 times for they resolv the problem, i finally decided to come and explain my problem on forum and post a complaint too.
10 days ago i made a request payout using moneybookers (as for my previous deposits), but i was answered this by Betonline:

I don't understand why i was told moneybookers option wasn't available whereas in the same time i had testimonies from customers here on SBR who told me they had been paid via moneybookers...But never mind...As i had been guaranted by BOL that my payout would be free, i accepted to request my payout via wire.
Problem: i noticed today that BOL had applied 75 usd fees for my payout, whereas in their email they guaranted me there would be no fees !
I immediately went on live chat to have an explanation, i was told they were working on it and fees would be reimbursed very shortly. I thought "great". But today, as usual, i see nothing's been done, fees haven't been reimbursed; i sent emails to payout department but i had no answer.
So here i am on forum SBR to have that problem resolved! I don't understand why BOL takes so much time to resolv it, that's pretty simple, they have copy of email in which they tell me "no fees", but no, they do nothing !
So help me SBR please !!!!!
