Sunday Sept 1 /09/11 . I made a prop accumulator wager .

13 hours later youwin.com graded Indi/Hou Longest touch down OVER 42,5 as a loss
TD Jacoby Jones, 79 Yd punt return (Neil Rackers kick is good), 0:54.

I emailed them and they fixed it .


But with Lee Evans they they refuse and graded wager as a PUSH .
I had e mailed them links that he did play .

According to youwin.com rules .!!! (No reception UNDER WINS)
Lee Evans played the game and had dropped 2 passes .
Winning wager !




Now every time i sent them an email i get same reply . My guess the assigned file # is just for fun

With a case # and emailes link direct to my complain . I didn't provide a question to my case (i used "reply" so they can see what the problem is)
I had e mailed them more 8 times but i get same reply.




I would think it's not that hard to find the right info . A specially if someone sends you links and info that you have been wrong .

TNX bigdoydan ! I did file complain . After 23 hours and whole pile of emails they settle my wager as a win .A lot of books making errors , but the way they handle it was bizarre .
