they have their fair share of issues right now but one thing that is just brutal is the customer service. you cant get anything from their livechat. everything they tell you needs to be emailed to one department or another. why even have livechat anymore? takes 10 minutes and at the end of the conversation you are told where you need to email your question tand it will take up to 24 hours for a response.

they make me feel like i am lucky they talk to me at all

ps- its not just slow payouts, this is a question that could lead me to deposit!

Their service can be bad at times but they are not a bad out for the US player. I spoke with Alex about the level of service in hopes that it would get better. If you are having a right now issue call Will or Clark. They always helped me when I played there. I am thinking of playing there again.

i am hesitatntey re-upping their today. very hesistatnly. its not that i like them so much, its just that there are so few options for the US player.

This happened to me

Went on live chat to request a b2b and after asking for all of my account info and holding me up for over a half hour I was told to email my request to the payout department, WTF.

Spent the next 25 hours battling their crappy customer service trying to figure out what was taking so long for my transfer that I paid $100 for. Asked to speak to a manager 20 times and was lied to every time apparently management their eats lunch for 20 hours straight.

if they dont like live support, thats fine. get rid of it. but answer ALL emails in a timely matter and effieiciently (like pinnacle back in the day). nobody wants to go on livechat for a quick answer to a simple question and be told to email and expect a reply in 24 hours.

I tried to use them yesterday for NFL but I couldnt even get hold of the customer service, their site was entirely down :S

Maybe I will try another weekend and see what happens.
