paay pal to N T or M B?

I am an American and would like to get some money from my Paay Pals account to a Nicaraguan friend's NT or MB's account without going through her bank (that is, without first going Paaypal to Paaypal).

I talked to Paaaypal, and they didn't seem to understand what I was asking. I am wondering if anyone has experience in making a direct transfer happen.
