Here is a thread that can better explain the advantages of you becoming an SBR pro. IMO, if your a posting member here at SBR anyway then becoming a pro is a must because, why not take advantage of whats being offered for free when contributing on the forum sir.

PM Lou. If it has been 5 days, they might need a reminder.

Just go to SBR store and you will se a lot of great things you can buy with points. SBR PRO is must have if you regulary bet online.

First of all a $200 requirement or however much it was is really nothing if you bet money offshore. If you're a rec bettor you may have to reload after an NFL season or whatever but membership lasts for a year regardless of whether you bust the account or not.
Anyway you get 4380 points per year for just managing to log in. Quite the feat for some here! If outside USA that's $200 in moneybookers right there so membership is essentially free. Then you have the contests, trivia , SBR poker, and various other promotions that boost it even more. Even if you're a losing player all if you have to do is avoid the sportsbook/casino and you're freerolling.
USA is less great but if you're betting offshore anyway it's a nice kickback system. I don't know why so many people bitch about it.

I already have all the offshore accounts open that I want. They were all open before being "Pro" was offered. That is why I will not do it. Don't care about any of the other options, so I am SOL.

Double the daily points, full value of Beat the Prick and trivia are the 3 that stick out. Basically gamble for free with the SBR sportsbook, casino, racebook and poker. If you win you take a trip to the store. If you don't you come back and take another free whack.

yeah, if u already play online its a no brainer, even if u dont, $200 for a year is well worth a nice hobby, with expectation of prizes, money, food, whatever ur into.
if u front the 200 and lose and blow all the free points and never place in a contest or trivia or poker, then it only cost you $17 a month.

The only ones that would feel it's a bad idea would be the advantage players and we both know why that is I'm sure. However for the average recreational player it's truly a no brainer IMHOO sir.
