Thursday night NFL Saints vs Packer Prop: Score in the last 2 minutes of first half
I had a prop bet for score in the last 2 minutes of the first half, and it is currently graded as a loss. I checked ESPN and Yahoo Sports, and there seems to be a TD with 1:59 left. How did your book grade on this one? Thanks.

Which book did you place your wager with? My advise to you would be to contact the book and notify them of your situation and if it was a mistake it will be corrected soon enough sir.

Betphoenix (SBR Rated C) has cut it's work force quite considerably over the last few months and sometimes when companies do that things of this nature do occur from time to time however, I'm confident that they will correct this issue for you in the morning as long as it's a honest grading error on their part.

BTW, Long time no see sir. How you doing?

Glad to hear you are doing well. We miss you at SBR. Just grinding away as always, currently in the worst slump of the year.

I called the wagering department this morning, and they fixed the grading. Thanks for all the help.

Some very simple advice, always wait until the morning to ask for a bet to be corrected. As was mentioned, BetPhoenix CS sucks these days, but even good books have very few employees around at 1am, so there's a good chance you'll get some CS rep who doesn't know what they're talking about. I wasted a lot of time in the past trying to get obvious bets corrected at different books to no avail, wasting lots of time in live chat etc, when I could have just waited until the next day and gotten it fixed in two minutes by someone with a clue.

had the same experience with GTBETS. They too resolved quickly this morning.
