Now as far as withdraws go. I remember reading posters on other forums did receive payments from them, however you always have to remember that it could potentially be another GoldVictory (Not Rated) in regards to there unfair treatment of players.

Yes.. I made a withdrawal. It came through in just a few minutes after sending ID. Their CS is amazing and very fast.

I don't think the book is a scam. They seem to operate legitimately and friendly. They did change their T&C for the bonus after MSE invaded them, which is understandable. But they seem to allow everyone who registered before the change to follow the old t&c.

I only have positive things to say about this book. I can't seem to find a negative comment on them anywhere. Everyone praises them for having a very good CS. One guy even claimed payout took 50 secs from he requested it.

EDIT: But of course you never know with new bookies.

I busted this book .. the bonus was granted within 5 minutes of my claiming email.

I confirm they make withdrawals veeeery fast. I was asked to send my ID and card but I didn't make a deposit using credit card. But there wasn't any problem I sent only my ID. Support answers very fast.

Now almost all bets ( stakes over 20 euro) are manually accepted by support. Process of approving is really long, over 10 minuts often. Most bets are rejected , or offered next with lower stakes or lower odds.
So , playing in balkanbet is really frustrating, now. I not reccomended it.

Balkanbet cant be scam or next GoldVictory becose its owned by one of the most riches bulgarian. Actually he sold half of his company to Sokratis Kokalis 5 years ago or so for 30 M if im not wrong. Turnover of Eurofootball limited is around 70-100 M a year, and estimated win around 10-15 M.
The owner is the gambling king in his country and nobody else has license for a bookmaker, becose he managed to stay the only one in one or other way with such license. However in the years he saw what will come with online betting and registered this company. Btw he managed to let people accept law against online betting - this shows how mighty he is.
On other hand as i said hes not the only owner of this bookmaker and who knows he can soon sell rest of it. About betting options and limits i have no experiance so you might be right about it and this might not be the best place, however limiting etc is common for european bookmakers.
All in all i want to say this bookmaker is far away from being a scam, about quality as i said i have no opinion.

kkkkk I can confirmed your opinion- balkanbet has no problem with payments ( really fast). However there is not problem with limits. They are manually approving almost all bets, so it is horrible slow bookmaker. I can understand situation - I won some money bookmaker limited me. I am almost sure, all bets over 100 euro (in my account much lower stakes) in all accounts now are going to approving. It is one of most no-comfortable bookmakers I have ever seen.

I agree great book at the start, no limits and payouts in minutes. Limited to next to nothing now and refusing even those on certain markets

Fikret07, you should fill out the SBR complaint form, in case Balkanbet is more receptive to an approach by SBR than they have been to you. The form is linked in my signature. Try and include a really clear summary of what happened: when you opened the account, how much you deposited, and how, when you asked for a withdrawal and exactly what happened as regards the withdrawal. If you have any e-mails / screenshots, you should also forward those.

In addition, you might want to complain to the LGA, as Balkanbet advertises that it's licensed by them. Here's the LGA's website details: http://www.lga.org.mt/
The LGA is notoriously weak, but it's better than nothing.

Finally, in some other cases, people seem to have had some success complaining to their payment provider, notably Moneybookers. This is only useful, however, if you used Moneybookers to deposit. Further, Moneybookers is only able to apply pressure if Balkanbet has Moneybookers funded and/or values keeping its Moneybookers merchant account. If you used Moneybookers, just log in to your account with them, and use their internal messaging system to contact them. If you're a VIP, e-mail your VIP contact directly.
