Carib has pay to play contest.

Has to be money in these for the book.

How easy would these be to rig, not that 5d would, but if others offered I'd beware

DSI has them. I played in a couple for the Superbowl last year and actually made a profit. And just throwing this out there - DSI has the BEST customer service that I have ever witnessed. Kudos to them for being awesome. Now, if they could stop charging so much damn vig, I'd stop thinking about leaving them for another book.

I won a $5 NFL pickem pool at 5dimes last year. Think I won $300 +/-.
Play every week.. pools can net you a few hundred sometimes.
