    WTF!! A+ book
Asked to send them a five figure wire. Here's the response I got. Do they think the feds haven't heard of bank wires? Do they think the feds don't have phones or live chat?

    Retarded!!

When your dealing with transactions of that amount their is always more red tape to go through. So even though it's an inconvenience please try to remain understanding during these types of delays.

What a silly thread. They did not deny your request, they simply asked to contact you via phone rather than electronic mail.

I have long learnt it's better to have a written record when dealing with offshore books. I don't do business with them by phone, period. Live chat you can at least get an e-mailed transcript, so I would do that.

If a book can't answer an email I surely am not depositing.

I would just call and ask them to email you the deposit details.

I am not saying that I will not deal with them on the phone, but I am very much with you on this one.

But now comes the funny part. Would you like to know which books seem to have most difficulties understanding (written) English? Yes, the POMs!

Agree they're a PITA to deal with. The reason is probably not understanding, but the fact they use 'expert systems' in their CS. Instead of hand-writing each email, operators are told to pick from this list of pre-written sentences/paragraphs. Avoids them giving wrong info and assuming liability you see ;-)
