Take notes people. You deposit here and you're looking for problems. Plenty of other good choices out there. I was on live support earlier today asking about deposit bonuses and the lady on live chat said "we don't give out freebies"...this book is shit.

I tried BO out with a small deposit recently and saw what there all about pretty quick. Got out of there and I've never looked back.
For you to keep recommending them to players in all these BO threads is very irresponsible. There are much better options out there for players who wont have to go thru all the bullshit you have to go thru with BetOnline.
And OP is correct, we need a new subforum for BO threads cause its out of hand with all the complaints. It's so annoying trying to look for meaningful threads to keep up to date when you have to sift thru 10 new BO complaint threads dailyComment -

For every complaint I have a thousand new players (literally) for whom things went well--and you hear from them here as well.
So where we dropped the ball we're working hard to make amends, where we still have issues we're moving fast to eliminate them.
We've got solid processing, new faster payouts, excellent bonuses, great lines, the best live in-game action, higher limits.. some warts, some growing pains as the new big guys on the block. Inevitable. It's how you solve problems rather than having them occasionally that counts.
If you're not looking at our lines, you're missing value.

#18Sorry pal, like in baseball 3 outs are all I need. 5Dimes, Heritage, BetIslands will do just fine. If I needed more outs I'd use Legends, Bookmaker, Northbet, or 15 other books before BetOnline.

#21Guys - work with Alex and tell him if you have had an issue. He has gone above and beyond to make it right. Last year, they had technology/website issues that have been fixed. This year, they have some CS issues that must be addressed. But Alex will make it right, if given the chance, at least in my experience.Comment -

#24I thinking Alex mentioned this before, betonline is expanding big time and their cs training is a little big behind, I believed that's where majority of complaints come from. Isn't it a very normal growing pain? And I guess lots of sportsbook out there would rather have this kind of problem. As a player, why not show some understanding and patience? Bashing with zero tolerance level won't do any good here.Comment -
