Take notes people. You deposit here and you're looking for problems. Plenty of other good choices out there. I was on live support earlier today asking about deposit bonuses and the lady on live chat said "we don't give out freebies"...this book is shit.

Sorry pal, like in baseball 3 outs are all I need. 5Dimes, Heritage, BetIslands will do just fine. If I needed more outs I'd use Legends, Bookmaker, Northbet, or 15 other books before BetOnline.
I tried BO out with a small deposit recently and saw what there all about pretty quick. Got out of there and I've never looked back.
For you to keep recommending them to players in all these BO threads is very irresponsible. There are much better options out there for players who wont have to go thru all the bullshit you have to go thru with BetOnline.
And OP is correct, we need a new subforum for BO threads cause its out of hand with all the complaints. It's so annoying trying to look for meaningful threads to keep up to date when you have to sift thru 10 new BO complaint threads dailyComment -

Given our unprecedented growth over the past few weeks I'm glad the volume is this low.
For every complaint I have a thousand new players (literally) for whom things went well--and you hear from them here as well.
So where we dropped the ball we're working hard to make amends, where we still have issues we're moving fast to eliminate them.
We've got solid processing, new faster payouts, excellent bonuses, great lines, the best live in-game action, higher limits.. some warts, some growing pains as the new big guys on the block. Inevitable. It's how you solve problems rather than having them occasionally that counts.
If you're not looking at our lines, you're missing value.

I would not really say "excellent bonus" when you are sending emails giving a free bonus for casino and, upon bonus request, your CS says the offer has ended the same day (without saying anything about the end date in your email). At least work on your email format a little.Comment -
Before u go and say things about me that u have no clue as to what im saying. First Betonline is a good book and u don't have to take my word SBR rates them B+ and thats for a reason. To be honest to only thing i can think of that they are not rated an A is cause of the payouts that take a while, which guess what they just recently fixed. If u guys don't realize that they have good bonuses all the time, great lines alot of times, they just added poker, and other nice incentives, and now they just fixed to give payments out faster then i don't know what to say. To be honest 90% of complaints on this forum is just plain stupid and have been resolved. And all those books u recommended to me i use 95% of them plus Betonline so what does that tell u.Comment -
I've had payout delays in the past, ridiculously long waits for bank wires. Support is so/so. Maybe I'll give them a second look if reputation improves, but like others say there are numerous other good USA books.

Guys - work with Alex and tell him if you have had an issue. He has gone above and beyond to make it right. Last year, they had technology/website issues that have been fixed. This year, they have some CS issues that must be addressed. But Alex will make it right, if given the chance, at least in my experience.Comment -
I thinking Alex mentioned this before, betonline is expanding big time and their cs training is a little big behind, I believed that's where majority of complaints come from. Isn't it a very normal growing pain? And I guess lots of sportsbook out there would rather have this kind of problem. As a player, why not show some understanding and patience? Bashing with zero tolerance level won't do any good here.Comment -

We're working on a way to automate this--it's currently a manual process--eliminating even just newbie bonuses will get us back on a much faster process. But do note that MANY A books ask for 24 hours for bonuses.
Plus PM me your account number if it is taking too long and I'll fasttrack it for my SBR friends ;-)

I don't have any complaints with them, but I don't enjoy how the "leader" or "owner" Alex keeps trying to compare himself to other books. I'd prefer for a book to try to be their own sort of best and achieve that or make their own industry standard. Not settle for the other books.Comment -
In my experience, BOL has been a bit sloppy and even willing to go back on their word. Of course, when any complaint comes through SBR or goes public they suddenly value the customer more.Comment
