Look i had same promo . Email them twice (tuesday ,wednesday), but instead of reply i got junk mail .

i got the 25$ casino play i had to keep goning to live chat to finally get it first the said the the casino was down it was just a waste of time i made a deposit 1 time by CC and went back to make a redepoist the other day after i cashout now they told me my account has been set to cash only wonder if this has anything to do with me cashing out 1 time will never play with them again

I got a similiar email today, but for a sportsbook FP, live chatted them about it, they tried a total bait and switch. They totally ignored the email I contacted them about and were just trying to get me to deposit. They are fukkin horrible

same here with $25 chip bs. made first deposit yesterday. so far the site is a joke. have to send email to get the deposit bonus. waited 21 hours (they say 24 max). had to send another email because i didn't specify the type of bonus i wanted. in the faq it doesn't say to do that. now it will be almost 2 days to get a bonus. what a joke.

That casino promo wasn't one of our better moments--it took forever to get through the emailer. And then we had so many responses it choked up the bonus system! But excuses are useless--expecting to AUTOMATE bonus processes hopefully next week--at least some of them--that'll help some of the headaches go away and free staff for dealing with the non-automated ones.

automated is the only way to go. just have a box that pops up that says accept/decline. and please get rid of the survey every time you log out.

These guys are clowns. I've never had an account there and was getting texts at all sorts of ridiculous times like 545am (supposedly they got a phone number list from BetOnSports), and rather than apologize, as sending unsolicited commercial texts is illegal, they simply said "Oh just reply with 'STOP'."

I replied to the email and never received anything. This is the shittiest book I've ever seen..On live support I asked about what kind of bonus I could get if I made a deposit and she goes "we don't give out freebies"...**** this book. You'd have to be an idiot to use Betonline.

They never responded to the e-mail, but if you go into the casino under the promotions tab, you can access your free $25. I played one $25 hand of blackjack and lost.
