Their website is working well now. Before making the withdrawal I had to contact their CS. I sent them an email, but after 2 days of waiting, I didn't receive any response. I decided to use the contact form and they replied within 15 min and asked for documents. Since then everything was very fast. Their limits are quite weird. It seems they have flat 500 EUR on all soccer leagues, 250 on hockey and tennis, US sports 150 (probably early lines) or 500.

Also, you mentioned limits and the question about this was about the possible "double popping" factor. Are you allowed to do that and does the line change at all when you do it if you can?

He did but met the rollover after having to redeposit.
ACBet say that the rollover has to be completed on funds from the first deposit only.

That is what they have said in their email to you. I fully agree that it is not specified in their Ts and Cs and that they appear to be acting in bad faith.

That's pretty unethical. But I think you may use the points 1 and 3 in your advantage. Since they're in contradiction, the antecedent is false and it implies anything. Both (F=>F) and (F=>T) are true.
