No not a terrible sign this happens because of the processor not them. They will cover the fees being charged from this and u will get your $, sometimes this happens. Hope u don't need it today, thats why everyone says to not totally count on this $ to live as sometimes things can happen.

5dimes is not an A rated book for no reason they with rectify this for u, sorry it happened to u as it has never happened to me but i have heard plenty of the same situations which end up just like i explained to u. They are fast to pay so i wouldn't worry to much.

Sorry to hear of the bad luck with that one check. These things happen occasionally and its indeed the industry standard to produce a copy of the returned check. 5D will also credit any bank imposed fee.

Oblige their request to produce the check and let us know how it goes.

seems like 5Dimes was a A+ book for good reason but have been having lots of trouble lately with a variety of things

I must be fair just got this email and all is well:
Dear Customer,

We are sorry to inform you that FedEx checks processed from
08/16/11 to 08/23/11 have been reported by the processor as
impossible to collect; therefore you will not be able to cash
it. The corresponding funds have already been returned to your
account; you may request another payment to be sent to you by
contacting our Customer Service Department.

If your bank charged you additional fees for the bad check,
please send copy of your bank statement to
<mailto:info@5dimes.com>info@5dimes.co m to have them reimbursed in
your sports account as well.

I was worries , because after Matchbook left 5Dimes is all I have left. They didnt even bounce me after a huge college hoops season! What a relief.....

It's not "OK", but it happens from time to time. If you can't handle that fact, either don't use that payout method or don't play offshore.
