Use of Middleman companies for high rated sportsbooks

Few days ago I got a call from a middleman for BOL. Yesterday I got an email from newoffers @ betdsi.eu about a 100 percent bonus. I go to live chat and they say only way to get this is to go thru the middleman. ANYONE heard or done this with a very high rated book?
