Do they have the worst customer service in the industry???

I always feel like I'm told one thing, yet get a completely different answer or a different outcome.

So frustrating to deal with them...

I always wonder why I leave 5D, Heritage, Legendz etc...

Yeah I think they have the worst. After reading all the BetOnline threads. I tried making a (first) withdrawel. 50 hours after emailing them, still no response. Then I try their live chat to see if I can get an update. ..

I've had the same issues with them. Can't get money out, the story changes every time you talk to them. Hoping Alex comes through for me.
