Yes, I know Betislands already has a thread, but i just wanted to give credit where credit is due. So far the Betislands customer service has exceeded my expectations. Jon is more than willing to talk with any customer and reach a fair conclusion. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a good book with great customer service.

BetIslands (SBR Rated B-) is part of the DPT Sports Group family of books and even though some of their brands have had there ups and downs over the years with mainly Netteller & Moneybookers type withdraw issues they have always proven to be a solid out from what I do remember based on their strong financial backing.

Actually I think they are not part of the DPT family of books from what Jon said. They just use their software I think.
