Ok, exactly what factual evidence do you disagree with? Cory deposited with a method that was safe for easystreet, Cory had never scammed easystreet, he ran up 46k, easystreet didn't pay it, easystreet didn't use the money to pay any other alleged victims. Do you dispute any of those? Yes or no.

Because even Easystreet wasn't claiming that. LOL. Cory was guilty (in all likelihood) of ripping COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PEOPLE off. If easystreet had given them their money first, fine, case closed. Instead, they just stole it for themselves.
